Q2. What is included in the Day Pass?

Q3. What food is included in the Beach BBQ package?
A. The BBQ composition is subject to change depending on the season and operations. Please inquire before booking regarding allergy, kids', or vegetarian requests.
Q4. What activities are included in the adventure tour?
A. Depending on operational circumstances, the program may consist of snorkeling, SUP/kayaking, off-road activities, etc., and may be changed to an alternative program depending on marine conditions.
Q5. Is pickup/drop-off available?
A. Depending on the package, it is included or available as an option. Please select when booking or inquire.
Q6. Will the event proceed even if it rains?
A. The event may proceed as long as safety is not compromised; however, the schedule may be changed or cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Applicable regulations will be provided at the time of booking.
2) Starlight Tour (Starlight/Sunset & Starlight) FAQ
Q1. What are the times for the Ritidian Starlight Tour?
A. The Starlight Tour operates from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. (Subject to change depending on local conditions or the season.)
Q2. Is it possible to photograph from sunset to starlight?
A. Yes. The shoot takes place from sunset until the night sky becomes completely dark, allowing you to capture both sunset-themed snapshots and starlight-mood snapshots.
Q3. Are the photos from the Starlight Tour composited (Photoshopped)?
A. No. Starlight Tour snapshots are actual on-site shots, not composite photos, and are taken directly by a professional photographer to capture the natural starlight and the subject together.
Q4. Is natural/silhouette editing possible for photos?
A. Yes. Upon request, editing can be focused on natural tones or emotional silhouette cuts. (Scope of coverage varies by package)
Q5. Will there be a campfire and marshmallows?
A. Depending on the tour itinerary, a campfire may be held, and time to roast marshmallows while enjoying the fire may be included. (Subject to limitations depending on weather conditions)
Q6. What makes Ritidian good for stargazing?
A. It is far from city lights, resulting in less light pollution and an unobstructed view, making it favorable for stargazing. However, star visibility may vary depending on clouds, moonlight, and weather conditions.
Q7. Will it be cancelled if the weather is bad?
A. The schedule may be changed or canceled in the event of adverse weather conditions that raise safety concerns, and cancellations/refunds are subject to the regulations stated at the time of booking .
3) Gold Pack (All-Inclusive) FAQ
Q1. What is included in the Gold Pack (All-Inclusive)?
A. The Gold Pack is an all-inclusive package that includes access to the Beach Club, as well as meals, beverages, activities, and Sunset & Starlight programs (subject to the package composition). Please check the Gold Pack guide for detailed contents.
Q2. Is there no additional payment for the Gold Pack?
A. The package is designed to be available without additional payment within the scope included. However, additional personal orders or expenses are separate.
Q3. Is pickup/drop-off included?
A. May be included depending on package conditions. Please check the instructions in your booking confirmation.
Q4. Is it available for families/groups?
A. Yes, it is possible. Recommended itineraries and seating (such as cabanas) may vary depending on the group size, so we recommend inquiring in advance.
