Refund Policy

If you cancel 4 days before the tour date, the remaining amount minus a 5% fee of the total tour fee will be refunded (1/16. 2019)

If you cancel 3 days before the tour date, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total tour fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If you cancel 1 day before the tour date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

1. Refund processing after account transfer

Please send us your bank information to receive your refund via email.

(Bank information/ Depositor/ Account number)

Refund will be processed 1-2 days after the tour is cancelled (full refund of tour fee)

2. Refund after card payment

- Full refund of tour fee excluding card company's fee - Refund to the bank or card company used (processing time takes 1-2 weeks)

If you do not receive a refund after 2 weeks, please send your card information to guamstarsand@gmail.com

-If you wish to pay by bank transfer

- Full refund of tour fee excluding card company's fee (credit card transfer after calculating dollar amount based on remittance date)
